The brief

A Pilates Reformer studio in Concón that works in groups of four people at most. The previous site was a contact form and little else: visitors couldn’t find out what it cost, what the place was like or who taught the classes. Three questions that should be answered before writing in, not after.

What I did

I rebuilt the site around those three questions. Visible prices — five plans, from one to four sessions a week, plus private sessions — because hiding the price to force contact scares off more people than it converts. A gallery of the space, which in a small studio is half the decision. And the instructor’s profile, because in groups of four you’re signing up with someone, not with a brand.

The way in is now explicit: initial assessment, pick a plan, book via WhatsApp. No forms that nobody answers.
